When we thought about it, we got a lump in our throat. Because we saw those wonderful winter days from our childhood. Ice skating, throwing snowballs, coming home from school. And then being pampered at home with a cup of steaming tea, warm dry socks, and... speculaas chunks. This is your chance to give those delightful memories as a gift. With Pineut's do-it-yourself speculaas chunks, you'll make it an unforgettable winter.

How to make it?

  1. Put the contents of the sachet in a bowl and add the chopped butter and milk. Knead everything into a smooth, even dough, and place it in the fridge for half an hour to firm up.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  3. Roll or press the dough flat to about 1 cm thick. Cut or press out shapes and place them on baking paper on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the center of the oven for 25–30 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes, and then... enjoy!

Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, baking powder (E500, E503, E450), sugar, speculaas spices (2.6%), salt.
Add yourself:
100gr butter and 40ml milk
Short instruction:
Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add butter and water. Knead until smooth and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Roll the dough into a 1 cm thick slice, press shapes out of this and bake.

    Dat was nog eens lekker. 1.5 uur voor de koffie begonnen met mengen, kneden en bakken. Voortreffelijke brokken speculaas, nog warm, bij de koffie.
