A global favorite. A classic! Tomato tapenade. Or better said tapenada. Because in this delicious spread, there's nothing but natural ingredients and a little love. From us and from you. Because you still have to make it. But that's done in no time.
In a snap on the snack table
In the jar, you'll find a mix of sun-dried tomatoes, freeze-dried capers, sunflower seeds, and oregano. Just add water and olive oil, let it steep for half an hour. Then a quick blend with an immersion blender and it's ready to serve!

By the way, the tomatoes in this mix were rescued from waste. They were either too big or too small for the supermarket. Pure madness. And now they're shining in our jar, waiting to show their immense gratitude. And you can taste it!
How to make it?
- Add 45 ml extra virgin olive oil and 35 ml water to the jar, stir and let it steep for half an hour.
- Puree with a food processor or immersion blender. If it's a bit too dry for your taste, add a small splash of olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
