Enjoy these delicious pancakes now and make something special out of that (New Year's) breakfast!

How to make it?

  1. Beat the eggs and pour in the milk.
  2. Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt, and whisk until smooth. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in the frying pan. Spoon dollops of batter (8 cm in diameter) into the pan. Cook the pancakes until golden brown and done, about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  4. Serve the pancakes immediately. Delicious with a pat of butter and maple syrup.

Serving tip!
Top the pancakes with a bit of cinnamon sugar and a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Vegan Variation Tip
Prefer vegan? Easy! Replace the butter with margarine and the eggs with chia seeds. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in 3 tablespoons of water equals 1 egg.
