Experience the depth of barrel-aged grappa
Transform your Grappa with the warm flavors and aromas of oak.
The wood infusion adds a unique depth and a subtle golden hue, turning your Grappa into a luxurious barrel-aged creation.
Perfect for those who love characterful drinks with a story. With our oak chips, you can create a rich and unique flavor experience at home, inspired by traditional barrel aging – but with your personal touch.
How to make it?
Start by adding a great Grappa.
Note the bottling date and the type of spirit used on the label. If possible, use leftover spirits you have at home.
The Aging Process: After filling your bottle, let it age in a cool, dark place. The oak chips will gradually release their sweet Grappa flavor and warm color. Feel free to taste occasionally to see how the flavors develop. This process takes about eight weeks, but you can also discover what happens if you let it age longer.
Serve your own barrel aged Grappa after eight weeks, it’s time to serve your own Grappa. Strain the liquid or carefully pour it off before drinking. Make sure no oak chips end up in your glass. Also, never eat the oak chips.
Cheers! Enjoy, and drink responsibly!
