These are our terms and conditions.

This text legally sets out the rights and obligations of  us and our customers of Pineut. While we always do our very best to keep every customer happy, it is necessary to publish these terms in this form.

Prices

All product prices are listed in euros including VAT.
Prices shown on the website are subject to availability and unintentional errors in the title, description, price or quantity of a product. We cannot be held liable for any (typographical) errors in our offers or on our website.

Delivery

Orders placed on working days before 11.00 are usually dispatched the same working day. After placing your order, it will be shipped via PostNL. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Delivery within the Netherlands is free for orders from € 35,00 incl. VAT. For orders below € 35,00 incl. VAT, a shipping contribution of € 7,95 applies. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, a variable shipping fee will be charged.

Once goods are considered delivered, the buyer assumes all risk of direct and indirect damage to or caused by these goods. By accepting delivery, you confirm that the order has arrived in good condition. If your delivery appears damaged on the outside, please refuse it and have it returned. The buyer acknowledges that we can no longer be held responsible for the condition of the order once the parcel has been accepted from the carrier.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please get in touch via info@pineut.nl. We'll work together to find a suitable solution. Returns of delivered goods are only possible with our explicit consent and under conditions to be determined by Food in Concept.

Payments

Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the website. Your order will be processed once payment has been completed.

We offer lifetime support — throughout the full shelf life of our products, we're on hand with advice and assistance. Let's make something wonderful together! 

Right of return

There is no right of return, as the products sold by Pineut are foodstuffs.

Personal data protection

In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes, the right to access all information we hold about you, and the ability to correct any inaccurate data.

Your data may be shared under strict conditions in order to process payment and delivery of your order — for example, sharing your address details with PostNL for delivery purposes.
