How do you make it?
How do you make it?
- Preheat the oven (electric 175°C, fan 160°C).
- Mash 2 bananas with a fork and mix in 2 eggs and the butter.
- Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin. Cut the last banana in half lengthwise and place on the bread.
- Place the tin in the middle of the oven for 60-70 minutes. Check the bread with a skewer in between. If batter remains, it can be baked a bit longer! If the skewer is clean, the bread is ready!
