How do you make it?
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (electric) or 160°C (fan).
- Mash 2 bananas with a fork and mix with 2 eggs and the butter.
- Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt, then stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin and place the remaining banana, halved lengthways, on top.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 60–70 minutes. Test with a skewer: if it comes out clean, the bread is ready. If not, bake a little longer.
