How do you make it?

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (electric) or 160°C (fan).
  2. Mash 2 bananas with a fork and mix with 2 eggs and the butter.
  3. Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt, then stir until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin and place the remaining banana, halved lengthways, on top.
  5. Bake in the centre of the oven for 60–70 minutes. Test with a skewer: if it comes out clean, the bread is ready. If not, bake a little longer.

self-raising flour (WHEAT flour, E500, E503, E450), cane sugar, OAT flour and dark chocolate callets (14%) (56% cocoa) (cocoa mass; sugar; cocoa butter; emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring)

Serving suggestion

Love nuts? Add a handful of coarsely chopped nuts to the batter for an extra filling loaf!
