How do you make it?

  1. Beat the eggs and add the milk.
  2. Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt, then whisk until smooth. Leave the batter to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt a little butter in a frying pan. Scoop 8cm rounds of batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  4. Serve immediately – delicious with a knob of butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Ingredients

Self-raising flour (wheat flour, raising agents E500ii, E341i)), freeze-dried blueberries, baking powder (wheat starch, stabiliser (E450), raising agent (E500))

2 eggs, 350 ml (vegetable) milk or buttermilk, pinch of salt, knob of butter

Serving suggestion

Delicious with a knob of butter and maple syrup! Also lovely with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
