How do you make it?

  1. Preheat the oven (electric 195°C, fan-assisted 175°C).
  2. Mix the egg and melted butter until smooth. Add the contents of the jar and stir well.
  3. Roll the mixture into about 10 balls, flattening them slightly in your hand as you go.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes for a soft, chewy texture.
  6. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
  8. Please note: baking times are a guideline and may vary depending on your oven.
