1. Preheat the oven to 195°C (electric) or 175°C (fan).
2. Empty the jar into a bowl and add water, a mashed banana, an egg, and honey. Stir until you have a smooth batter.

3. Fill 8–10 muffin cups with the batter and bake for 15–20 minutes.
