How do you make it?

  1. Fill the foot bath with one-third of the mixture and 1 litre of boiling water.
  2. Leave to steep for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 3 litres of cold water to bring it to a comfortable temperature of around 38°C.
  4. Sit back, relax and enjoy a refreshing moment just for yourself!
