How do you make it?
How do you make it?
- Preheat the oven (electric 175°C, fan 160°C).
- Mash 2 bananas with a fork, then mix in 2 eggs and the butter.
- Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin. Slice the remaining banana in half lengthways and place on top of the batter.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 60–70 minutes. Test with a skewer: if it comes out with batter, bake a little longer. If it comes out clean, your banana bread is ready!
