How do you make it?

Place the mixture in a bowl and mix with the salt and half of the cheese
Add 180 ml lukewarm water and 30 ml olive oil
Knead for 10 minutes by hand or by food processor with dough hooks
Cover the baking tray with baking paper and place the dough on it in the desired shape, approximately 2 cm thick.
Cover with a tea towel and let rise for 45 minutes at room temperature
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and grease the dough with the remaining olive oil
Prick the dough with your fingertips and sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese
Bake for 20-30 minutes until done
