How do you make it?
How do you make it?
- Place the mixture in a bowl and add the salt and half of the grated cheese.
- Add 180ml of lukewarm water and 30ml of olive oil.
- Knead for 10 minutes by hand or with a food processor fitted with dough hooks.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and shape the dough on it to about 2cm thick.
- Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Brush the dough with the remaining olive oil.
- Dimple the dough with your fingertips and sprinkle over the rest of the grated cheese.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
