How do you make it?

  1. Add 240 ml of water to the mix and knead for at least 10 minutes by hand or food processor.
  2. Make a nice ball of the dough, grease with 10 ml olive oil and place in a bowl with a tea towel over it. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the dough on it in the desired shape, about 2 cm thick. Grease the dough again with the remaining olive oil, prick the dough with your fingertips and let it rise again for 45 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the dough for 20 to 30 minutes. (baking times are guidelines and may vary by type of oven)

Serving suggestion

Delicious with a topping of coarse sea salt, olives, tomatoes or cheese. Add the topping and then bake the bread!
