How do you make it?

Empty the bag into a pan with 800ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 30 min.
Remove the lemon slice and puree the soup. The soup is now still salt-free.
Season with salt and pepper. Start with 1 teaspoon of salt and add more to taste.
