Hoe maak je het?

  1. Empty the bag into a pan with 1 litre of cold water.
  2. Bring to the boil over a medium heat, then reduce the heat once the soup is boiling.
  3. Leave to simmer for about 60 to 90 minutes, stirring regularly, until the peas break down.
  4. The soup is unsalted – season with salt and pepper. Start with 1 teaspoon of salt and add more to taste if needed.
  5. Enjoy!
