How do you make it?

  1. Pour 200 ml of rum and the contents of the pouch into a bottle, cocktail shaker, or measuring jug. Leave to infuse for at least 24 hours.
  2. Just before serving, add 400 ml of coconut milk and 200 ml of water. Shake well! Fill glasses with ice, strain, and pour.
  3. Mangolicious! Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.

Ingredients

dried mango (48%), cane sugar, coconut chips (3.8%)

Add yourself

200 ml white rum (or 200 ml boiling water for non-alcoholic), 400 ml coconut milk, 200 ml water and ice cubes

Serving suggestion

Mangolicious! Serve chilled and enjoy straight away. Prefer it alcohol-free? No problem! Simply follow the recipe above, but swap the rum for 200 ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for three hours instead of 24, and you’ll have a delicious tropical mocktail!
