How do you make it?

Preheat the oven (electric at 195°C, convection at 175°C).
Empty the jar onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and mix well.
Bake in the oven for 6–8 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt if desired and serve immediately.

That’s up to you. There is no salt added to this mix. Depending on taste, you can add this yourself.
Tip: Be frugal! The herb mix is already deliciously flavorful and doesn’t need much extra.
