How to make it

  1. Add water to the mix and knead by hand or with a food processor.
  2. Shape the dough into a ball, grease with olive oil and place in a bowl covered with a tea towel.
  3. Leave to rise, then place the dough in the oven to bake.

Serving suggestion

Delicious with a topping of coarse sea salt, olives, tomatoes or cheese. Add the topping and then bake the bread.
