How do you make it?

  1. Heat oil and cut 500 grams of (discarded) vegetables into cubes
  2. Add vegetables + the SoupStarter bag + a good pinch of salt + a little water to the pan, stir, stew for 10 min. on medium heat with the lid on the pan. In the meantime, boil 750 ml of water
  3. Pour the hot water over the vegetables until they are covered and bring to the boil
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer the vegetables gently until done (+/-5 minutes)
  5. Season with salt & pepper, puree and serve!
