How to make it

  1. Wash, peel and purée about 400g of leftover fruit. Mix & match! Bananas make it sweeter and wonderfully creamy – just like avocado. Berries and strawberries add a summery touch, as do mango and melon.
  2. Add the Smoothie Starter and a splash of (plant-based) milk to taste.
  3. Blend until smooth and lump-free. Done!
