How do you make it?

  1. Measure the olive oil and white wine vinegar in a measuring cup.
  2. Add to the bottle along with a teaspoon of honey.
  3. Shake the bottle well and let it sit for at least 1 week.
  4. After 1 week the vinaigrette is ready, filtering is not necessary.

Ingredients

dried orange slice (35%), dried Spanish pepper (14%), garlic, onion, chili flakes and oregano

Add yourself

extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar and a teaspoon of honey

Serving suggestion

Shake well and sprinkle over a green salad, prawns or roasted vegetables.
