How do you make it?
- Measure the olive oil and white wine vinegar into a measuring jug.
- Pour them into the bottle along with a teaspoon of honey.
- Give the bottle a good shake and leave it to rest for at least one week.
- After a week your vinaigrette is ready to enjoy – no filtering needed.
