How do you make it?

Fill the carafe with milk and place it in the fridge to steep for at least six hours.
Pour the contents of the bottle into a saucepan and gently heat for 10–15 minutes over a low flame.
Sweeten to taste with honey, then serve over ice cubes.

Cinnamon (23%), dried apple (23%), black tea (20%), star anise (17%), cardamom (7%), dried ginger (6%), cloves (3%), mace (3%)

900 ml (vegetable) milk, honey to taste

Serving suggestion

Make a dirty iced chai latte! After making it, refrigerate for 2 hours. Fill your glasses with ice cubes and add a shot of espresso!
